With its hard and dense grain, zelkova wood is highly resistant to impact and warping, making it an excellent material for cutting boards. Even with long-term use, its surface remains smooth, allowing for hygienic maintenance.
Management

Cleaning
Gently wash with water and a mild detergent, then air dry upright.

Oiling
Apply a thin layer of oil along the grain about once a month. Regular oiling enhances the wood grain and extends the life of the cutting board.
