Additional Information

Geumgangsong pine, the wood used to build Gyeongbokgung Palace and restore Sungnyemun Gate. Growing straight for hundreds of years, the pines of Geumgangsan are dense and filled with fragrant resin, and have long been considered the finest timber. Its precious grain is now captured in a single cutting board.
Management

Cleaning
Gently wash with water and a mild detergent, then air dry upright.

Oiling
Apply a thin layer of oil along the grain about once a month. Regular oiling enhances the wood grain and extends the life of the cutting board.

Storage
Store in a cool, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
